Exceptional Selections & Services to appreciate. I was diagnosed with Gout in my right ankle…read more Finding a shoe I could get on/off or walk in was no problem here. I was originally greeted with a friendly smile by Kelsey. His's attention my need, product knowledge & customer services were exceptional. He fit me with comfortable Merrell Encore Gust 2 shoes. With gout, I wasn't wearing socks, but expected I may wear them when the gout subsided. I was amazed that Kelsey was able to add removable inserts under the heel & tongue to help improve stability without socks. Discovering exceptional selections, I went back another day looking for a pair of dressy snikers. Kelsey was off, but Mike helped me. Again, the friendly & knowledgeable customer service was exceptional. I have a wide foot & often can't find my size in most stores. But, that may not be the case at this footwear store. I found a pair of my favorite Brooks Beast shoes in my 4-E size. After two visits, I'm amazed a large footwear store, has such exceptional selections & customer services. I highly recommend you checkout The Shoe Market. Thank You Kelsey for helping find a shoe to get me through a tough time. Thanks to Mike as well. Your attention to detail, product knowledge & customer services are appreciated & remarkable. Best Regards Mustang USMC Retired AKA: Daylily Farmer

There are lots of selection but is on the prcier side. A sale was going on 40% off plus an extra…read more30%. I came to late my size wasnt much left a 7 1/2. Definitely try to keep an eye out for the next one and come the first day and not the last day. All other shoes was at least 100 and up. But I do admit they are very well made. Like the old saying goes, you pay for what you get. They even have bags and small accessories for ladies. The store was huge and the sale room was just as big with rolls and rolls of shoes. If your a woman and need to find shoes for 10 1/2 up to 11 1/2 this is your place! Only thing is there is no refund only exchange, so keep that in mind.

There was a time when Macy's, Nordstrom, Saks, etc. were about on par with each other. That time…read morehas passed. Clothing is always strewn everywhere, shelves are disorganized, and the words "neat and tidy" have no connection to this retailer. Imagine shelves of stacked shirts; someone pulls one out from the bottom, opens it up, and then shoves it back on top of the stack wadded up. No,w repeat that with the next one on the bottom, etc., and that is pretty much how the shelves are. The racks are the same, with stuff on the floors, hanging over the top of the racks, hanging by one end of a hanger, etc. Even the jewelry and watches in cases are not neat or aligned. Finding an employee here is like panning for gold in the Pacific Ocean, which is probably why nobody is around to clean things up. Finding a cashier is even more challenging than that. And when you do find an open cashier, expect silly lines. On this visit, there was a place with 3 cash registers but only 1 cashier and 9 people in line in front of us. Macy's is trying to emulate WalMart and doing a fine job. The only reason we stayed in line was that our granddaughter ate a bite of a lollipop so we needed to pay for it. We have stopped going to Macy's; this was the last time we went to one. Pretty much the only thing you find there now is store brands and clutter. You are better off going to Nordstrom, Saks, Neiman Marcus, or smaller stores like Black Market, White House, Ann Taylor, Talbot's, etc. Two stars and sadness at what this brand has become.

A big Macys online shopper. Brought a pair of shoes from the website. Opened the box and Literally…read moregot one shoe. Went back to the store and at first it was an apology, and ended with store credit. Had no option for my money back. Wasn't about the money, but customer respect. Don't blame any of the sales associates, but WOW. Never had anything like this happen before with online shop through a brand like MACYS.
