The spaces aren't very big, but there is plenty of room for a normal-sized vehicle. There are multiple screens, and back-to-back movies on each. The screens are plenty big, and I doubt there is a bad spot to park in the whole place. In the center of all the screens, there is a small building where you can get your popcorn, candy, and drinks, and there are also bathrooms there as well. The only downside to coming here is that it's often quite late when your movie finishes. Starting at dusk in the middle of summer when it doesn't get dark until 10 is a sticky situation. I purchased our tickets in person and I was asked if I was part of their rewards program. I said that I thought that I was. I gave my phone number and was told that I wasn't in their system, but yet he didn't ask me if I wanted to sign up. After we got to our seats I went to their website to sign up for their rewards because I always take advantage of loyalty programs, and when I put my information in it said I was already a member. We went to the concession stand where I was informed that they were out of most of the beverages in the beverage station because they had been busy. My nephew then went to look at the candy selection and we struck out again. He wears braces and has a peanut allergy and there were no plain M&Ms or chocolate options without peanut butter, so we couldn't buy candy. When we got to our seats I was so shocked that I started laughing and took a picture before I sat down. The recliners are old and worn and worse than any furniture I have seen in people's homes. Thankfully my nephew enjoyed the movie (Elio).

The game room has been relocated to the right when you approach from the mall entrance. And the lobby is reconfigured for tickets and concessions. Lobby feels darker inside than it used to, and there's lots of spilled popcorn on the floor near the soda pop dispensers. Regular sweep-ups will go far to convey the pride that the Loeks family doubtless has in its theaters. And that's all to complement the renovation of the theaters themselves that happened last year. I was told the GM was not there, and the young man assisting us said we he could not accommodate us on the basis of it being a health code violation, which is simply not true. It is a revenue protection policy, which I understand, but to not accommodate for a medical reason is unacceptable. I was purchasing tickets, popcorn, and drinks, there was no reason to deny my accommodation. You have lost a local customer, and I will be spreading the word.
