Banana matcha latte
Roxanne I.

Parking was hard in the plaza but found parking in the area around. Kneighbor was such a cute little convenience store, filled with so much variety of Korean treats, pastries, and trinkets. The banana matcha latte was perfectly sweet and delicious. Would definitely come again.

I might not live in Korea, but I'm sure glad I discovered such a great KNEIGHBOR! If you're looking for an authentic Korean convenience store experience, definitely stop by @kneighbormart in Koreatown! They have a large selection of Korean convenience store foods such as Kimbap, pour over juice pouches, and a ramen station where you can select and cook an extensive variety of Korean instant noodles. They also have a cafe portion, which serves up an AMAZING ube einspanner latte and fresh pastries. In this cute little store, you'll also find a Photo Booth, Korean beauty and skincare products, and customizable tote bags and keychains, all at super affordable prices! Definitely check them out for authentic Korean foods and products if you're in the Koreatown area, and support this hidden gem, super sweet Korean owned mart!

Ramen making station

This convenience store feels like an experience straight out Korea. They have Korean makeup, Korean snacks, and Korean food! When I walked in the store, I saw that they had a label making station where you can customize the charms and the colors of your labels. There are plenty of chairs and tables to get crafty as well. It seems straightforward enough and there were so many options to choose from. Towards the back, they had a coffee station where you buy the iced cups separately from the coffee liquid to make an americano! They also have the viral ice cream fruits! The counter has a ramen making station and everything is presented in a clean and aesthetic way. The employees are friendly and very helpful! With some music, I would say that this place could give off a romantic date ambiance but also a casual friend hang out good time. Highly recommend to make any run to the convenience store a memorable one

Went around 3:00pm on a Saturday. When we first walked in there wasn't a lot of people there, but as we were making our wappen bags, more and more people came in. Staff was great! Handled the crowd expertly. He was able to multi task and despite the line he didn't seem to be bothered by it.

Decently cute spot with a variety of crafts at pretty fair prices. I wish they had more skincare and makeup options as those shelves were kind of empty when I went. Staff was super friendly and seems like a fun place to bring friends. Parking is in the same plaza as lots of other popular places so it gets super crowded even before 10am!

Went here on a Sunday afternoon and was surprised to have spent $71. Overall I love the concept but we bought 2 fidgets with charms and they're already broken and the charms already came off. The glue didn't even last 1 day. I'm really disappointed in that! We tried some ice creams and it was good! I was also happy about finding the charms phone case for $10!

What a hidden gem in ktown !!! First time coming and grabbing milk tea with cheeseballs late night and got lost into all the cute Knick knacks and unique electronics! There's lots of snacks and ramen as well as viral fruit ice cream ! They gave bread as well as a ramen customizer station !! Coolest late night shop

So many drink options and snack options, they even have the viral ice cream fruits and other type of ice cream. The staff was super nice, we were gonna get more napkins but they just give us some right at where we were sitting. The ambiance is so so cute. Will come back here again

Customized clicker with sticker and free pen

Finally a Korean convenience store in LA. Loved I could customize my clickers. Very cute store. Also got the Dubai chewy cookie and it was the perfect texture but the onigiri tasted old

I'm sure they have been through a lot at this location, which I definitely take into consideration, but I don't think that means that low quality customer treatment is now acceptable (across multiple visits). I waited for them to come take a cheap item I needed out of the locked cages (that every item is in now), and when they did, instead of handing me the 5 dollar item, they insisted that they would take it up to the front where it would be waiting for me. After waiting in a long line, my item was not at the front.. So I just checked out without it. As I was leaving, an employee came up to me with the item I needed and acted like I was being an inconvenience. I went back and purchased the item only to find out that I missed out on a discount that I would have gotten if I'd have purchased it with my other items. I couldn't care less about the discount - ha, but it's just the principle of the situation and how the employees I dealt with could obviously care less. And this has been a re-occurring vibe at this store. Not to mention that the store's inventory has not been very great either.. ALTHOUGH, it is true that you never-ever know what people might be dealing with in their lives... --which is why I gave a 2 star rating instead of 1 star.

Hello Yelp! I've…read morebeen coming to this market/deli for a bit as I live just a few blocks away. I almost always come for a sandwich fix. The deli is pretty basic with 4 types of sandwiches, pastrami, ham, turkey, smoked turkey, and ham and turkey. They all come with pepperjack cheese, or cheddar and include mustard, tomato, and lettuce. They use boars head meat which is top quality meat and juicy and tastes well of the protein. The sandwiches are made fresh everyday but not to order so you cannot customize. For $7 even for a footlong stuffed full of meat using fresh lettuce, a gorgeous dijon mustard seed mustard, juicy and crisp tomato, fresh bread and high quality deli meat, this is an excellent and delicious buy. The sandwiches are huge with meat overflowing and everything is so fresh. I love the restraint and simplicity in this sandwich as the fresh high quality and classic flavors speak for themselves. The price point at $7 is perfect too. This sandwich ia levels above subway or jersey mikes. The deli meat is thick sliced and high end but my favorite part of the sandwich is the crunch of the lettuce with the crisp of a juicy tomato slice, and true mustard flavor and aroma. When one can smell the pure aroma of an ingredient and it is perfumic then it is fresh, natural, and naturally delicious. For $7, you get a rocking footlong stuffed with meat, freshest and hi-end ingredients and no wait. They also have groceries, other deli items, and a selection of nuts This is my go to for a sandwich! Hope you try it out! Brandon

I come there to work from my iPad frequently and one day, I needed to take a ZOOM call. The ONE umbrella was taken so I pulled a chair over into a shaded area. The security guard came over to tell me that I was not allowed to pull a chair into the area and that I had to put it back. He did this as my ZOOM call was starting so I hurriedly got up to move and my iPad fell and cracked. I stopped coming as much for awhile because I have seen other people move their chairs to find more shade in the past. Well PLEASE explain why I am here right now and this Asian man is not only allowed to move one chair into that same area but they HELPED him move several chairs and a TABLE to sit in the area that I was asked to move from. I have seen him here on several occasions and maybe he has closer ties? Who knows? What I do know is that what is good for the goose should be good enough for the gander. So if this area is prohibited to sit in, that should be applied to EVERYONE. And then when I tried to address with the woman who works in the office, she snapped at me after I asked if I could ask her a question. Her exact words: "About WHAT??" Once she led with that energy, I asked was she an employee (I have already been told in the past that she is) and she replied, "No, I don't work here." SO i left her alone even after she tried to clean it up by asking if I wanted to speak with the other security guards. I walked away and sat down to write this. But I also asked the security guard (DAVID) who originally told me that I could not pull a chair into the area why it was okay for the person that is sitting there now and he told me that it is because they are employees. He told ME that that are could not be blocked by the ONE chair that I pulled over into a CORNER but they have a whole table and several chairs set up as I type this. The woman who swears she is not an employee (SHE IS) came over to me trying to ask what I needed and I told her I was good and that I was leaving. She said, "Well you're complaining so..." and I cut her right TF off and told her that I was not COMPLAINING; I was asking a VALID question. She then starts talking sh*t telling me that I come there all the time to sit in the courtyard while purchasing nothing. MIND YOU, the local businesses at this location know me by name and/or face (Escala, Silverlake Ramen, Cap't Loui, Starbucks, etc...). This is also a place where transient/unhoused individuals come all the time to sit and rest so imagine saying something so insensitive not knowing what the situation may be. It is a public area and nobody is OBLIGATED to purchase anything. But I DO on a WEEKLY basis so perhaps Miss Girl can get her facts straight. But it's okay. I will be contacting management asap.
