We were to partner up with them for help with a Magento website and they were going to complete it within a couple of weeks. After agreeing to pay them to move forward, they setup their basecamp and sent us a design proof. We were promised a week to build out after the info was passed over to them and we made it very clear it needed to happen in that time frame because our client needed it or would cancel. After responding to their basecamp inquiries and asking for some confirmations and answers to questions, we didn't hear from them for 8 weeks. When did we hear from their supposed owner Mark Dickinson you ask ??? ... After we filed a claim with our bank for them not delivering. All of a sudden they jumped on their basecamp and created this unfinished website within a couple days to try and fake their way through having it done. We reached out to them a week ago, said you know what, issue half the money back to us as partial refund and we will walk away with a lesson learned. Well, as expected, they are avoiding doing so and now we will be sharing our experience with everyone as well as filing court proceedings. Funny is we gave them an easy way out; cheaper way out, to where they keep half the money just for issuing us some single page pdf design proof, but they have chosen to ignore instead. Don't work with them ! You're risking a scam and we were definitely left hanging with a few thousand dollars in limbo. A lot more fish in the sea that easily have better google ratings and ethics.

Every change was met with resistance or insults. Overcharging me for work was a common occurrence. In fact once, I asked for a quote on a change. Their head designer replied to my request THINKING it was an internal email. He replied with "This job will take me about an hour or so, but you can charge the customer 3 hours". It was at this moment that I stopped using this company. When I hired another company to work on the site, they told me that the site was so full of bugs, and so many changes were made to the core files (something you NEVER DO, and something Mark told me THEY never do) that I would be better off scrapping the entire thing and starting over from scratch. I reached out to 3 more website development companies to audit my site, and they all said the same thing. Scrap it. It is junk. We had so much time and money invested already we decided not to start from scratch, but rather hire someone to fix the mistakes that Supreme Solutions created. $20k later we had a site that was working 90%. Even this team told me to scrap it. After $20k worth of repairs, they best they could do was to suggest I start over from scratch. At this point it is a total loss. Stay away from this company and specifically from the owner.

I've been a long time customer and I hate to say how disappointed I've been these past couple of…read moremonths. We use this company to manage all our phone lines as well our company's network. The owner, Gio works based on his mood. One day things are running smoothly and another day it's a mess. Our phones and internet doesn't run properly and he turns his cellphone off so there's no way of getting in communication with him. Also this recent weekend, he showed up unannounced and decide to clean up a network that was working completely fine. Now Monday comes around and our internet and phones are completely down. Gio shows up with an intern whom he instructs all my staff not to talk to. He promises to fix the problem within 15 minutes which later turns in to 2.5 hours. Gio decides to walk off on the job without informing me or any managers until a couple of hours later when he decides to email us a letter he will be back in the evening since he couldn't complete the job when the office is running. How is this the client's fault? We had a working network. How does one decide randomly to come into their client's office and take their network apart and fix when it is working completely fine? This is only one of my current issue with this company. It's already Wednesday and company isn't working as it used to since Gio again is avoiding our calls and emails. To top things off, he takes our completely brand new chrome cast which he advised that we need to purchase since the current one is 3 years old. We've sent him several messages asking for our property back and he never responds to any of our emails. This isn't the first occasion, every time he comes in an item is constantly missing. What kind of company likes to work during the evening and not interact with his client. He only comes in when he pleases and has not yet returned our keys or our items. I think this is a lesson learn, you cannot always forgive and forget when someone acts shady. All I can say is if you're looking for someone to screw you over this is the company to use. If you want someone reliable who completes their job and responds to their client on a timely manner and during working hours. PLEASE look elsewhere!!!
