Definitely what I needed! I came from out of town and the long road trip messed up my back pretty bad. I called several places and Kneading could get me in in an hour on the same day! The reviews were really good so I thought I'd chance it. I'm pretty picky and need very deep massage work. Susan worked my muscles so hard! In a good way. It's definitely not a typical American spa experience. They have bars on the ceiling to walk on your back. She mostly focused on my back and shoulders but she did do my whole body. It was a 60 minute slot. Warning for those it bothers...they are not afraid of nudity! You are given a small towel to cover yourself, which gets moved around as they are work on different areas. Also, there's a heating pad that they put on your back while working on other areas. I'm of a European mindset so nudity doesn't bother me but I know for some people it might. The only negative in my opinion is that because the ceiling is open for the handlebars and the "rooms" are closed with curtains, there was a little bell or alarm that kept ringing every little bit. Amazing. Went in for a 90 minute massage and I had Mindy. Who I would highly recommend. She did amazing and was super nice. I will def be going back. Price is right. This is the best place for a massage. We did a couple massage and while it's not as "fancy" as massage envy and what not, it is far better. They really spend every bit of time working knots and making sure you are comfortable. The staff communicate wonderfully to see if you like the pressure and what not. This place is serious. Do not go here if you just want a foo foo rub down, that's for Eden down the road. If you want a deep tissue massage, and I mean a serious deep tissue massage, this is your place. Monkey bars on the ceiling for the daring. I mean holy hell, I came out of here feeling like I had a two hour work out at the gym, my muscles were like, "WTH just happened to us?!?!" The next day I was feeling amazing. Hands down the best. Kneading massage is just that- deep kneading massages focused on mostly your back. My husband and I have come here twice now for massages. They do have a room for couples. I love this place because we get quality massages for $60 a pop instead of $100+ each. Just to reiterate, this isn't fancy. Don't expect a "day at the spa." The ladies are very friendly and helpful. It's strictly massage-based with no fluff (for instance, they use cheap Suave lotion during the massage; not a big deal to us, but might be for other folks). They open at 10am most days, and generally we can get same day appointments. I would call ahead to make an appointment. My only complaint is they need a receptionist. We've had instances where the ladies have to walk out of the room to answer the phone or greet a customer who walks in. Otherwise, it's a good, cheap massage and local. read more

I have lower back pain and issues with the nerves and muscles under the shoulder blade. I have used the services here for two years and each time, the back and shoulder muscles loosen up and allow me to move much more free. I will continue to use their services even though it is over one hour drive for me to get there. They are that good! I have had Jennifer and Anna for massages. I recommend you try both and see which you prefer. Anna is lighter and her back walking is the miracle cure! She also bends and flexes your arms and legs for a more free moving body. Jennifer has very strong hands and if you work out a lot and have large muscles, you will know you had a deep massage. Tell them the pressure you want. You will be glad you tried them. read more
