This spot is located right off the main road and very easy to schedule an appointment in. This was…read morea plus for us, as we called around and this was the only location available last minute. While I found the pricing extremely excessive, we still had an average experience. (Cheaper pricing is available for cash payment vs. card.) The masseuses were kind, but did not ask what areas we wanted to be focused on. They do not use heating pads like other locations and only a small sheet to cover you which left you feeling cold and exposed. We had a lot of giggles as one of the masseuses insisted there were no undergarments to be worn. (Never had this issue in other spas.) They proceeded to try to take them off themselves through the sheet . Awkward! For the quality of massage beds, lack of heating pads, and decor...... I would rate this as a subpar place for your relaxation needs. It's highly overpriced for the quality of everything overall. We did not leave feeling satisfied with the quality and they almost force you into tipping well. The quality was not great and we did not even feel it was worth it, but yet still left a more than satisfactory tip because of the coercion at the front desk. Maybe they should try employing the envelope tip method like other proper salons. Spending over $160 for two one hour massages is ridiculous, particularly at a location of this low quality. The language barrier with staff can be difficult to understand as well. If you're looking for a massage in Clarksville, I suggest trying another salon. We will definitely be looking.

Pay $200 to have my lashes done here, I booked my appointment for Friday, they started to fall out…read morebefore I ever even went to bed, I had lost probably 25 individual lashes or more, Saturday morning I woke up and the entire middle of my left eye was missing, at that point they weren't even considered a fill anymore, the "spa" was not scheduled to open until 10 AM, I called at 8:30 in the morning on Saturday, the next morning, the woman that did my lashes, Sarah Williams, answered the phone, and I had told her about the situation with my lashes. Immediately, she blamed it on me for coughing during the end of my service, said that the watering of my eyes must have caused them to fall out. I started to cough about 15 minutes toward the end of my session, before I coughed, I asked her if it was all right for me to cough, and she told me that all she had left to do was the inner edges of my eyes and it was no big deal for me to cough. Of course, due to all my coughing in the last 15 minutes, I tipped her $25 on top of the $175 service, I had told her that I was going out of town and needed my lashes done when I called the studio and she was in at 8:30, I had hoped that she would be able to fix my lashes that morning, but she scheduled me for Monday and I had family photos and could not wait until Monday to get my lashes fixed. I ended up scheduling with moon aesthetics, on Warfield Boulevard, The fixed my lashes at an extremely discounted rate for the inconvenience that was caused by someone else completely. On Monday, I obviously did not go to the fix appointment, where they wanted to message me and asked me if I was showing up, where I told them that I already had my lashes fixed, and they said that they would see me at my next appointment, at no point in time does she apologize or put any sense of urgency on this situation, and of course she did not offer any kind of refund, nor did I ask for one because at this point, I'm just good, I'd rather wash my hands of the place. Not to mention the entire time that I'm getting my lashes done, all of the employees are talking negatively about their manager and coworkers, just childhood drama from grown women. I don't know who Grace is, but I definitely shouldn't know as much as I know about her personal situations or her work behavior, these people are unprofessional.

L'mour is the salon I tried as a follow up and it did not disappoint. In fact, they surpassed all my expectations. For my pedicure, Dong was my technician and was kind and attentive. He brought me a glass of wine (they offer white wine, red wine, soda, and water) and set me up with the massage chair (yes, massage chairs!). Then he got to work. I tried their premium service with the works and it was worth every penny! Dong really worked on my nails, getting every hang nail, digging out my cuticles, cutting away dead skin, and he cut my nails straight across to avoid ingrown nails. He also really attacked my calluses! With what looked like a cheese grater (it wasn't painful). The amount of skin he removed was astonishing (sorry for the gross picture, but I had to show the absolute crazy amount of callus he removed even though I get a pedicure once a month). He did all sorts of soaks and rubs and hot towels. Hot stones too. Two rounds of very thorough and satisfying foot and leg massage. And he brought me another glass of wine during! The whole experience was over 90 minutes and was 70 dollars, which is an amazing value! They have several different types of pedicures using various products and oils, collage treatments, mud masks, sea salt soaks, mineral baths, detox and exfoliating treatments and more. They also offer manicure options. Dong came highly recommended from my hair stylist and I'm so glad to have finally found someone to tame my gnarly feet. I've already made my next appointment!
