I recently tried an aerial sound bath class, and it was incredibly relaxing as we swung from silk hammocks. Although it was supposed to include scalp massages, the hammocks weren't the best setup for that, so they're still working out the kinks. I was a bit disappointed about missing out on the scalp massage, but I look forward to trying another class and a wellness service soon!
