I just had a massage and facial. It was really good and I will be back. I joked with her that it was my first facial. I think I'm hooked.

From the moment the session started, her skill, intuition, and attention to problem areas were clear. She knew exactly where the tension was and applied the perfect balance of pressure and technique to release it. I left feeling noticeably looser, aligned, and genuinely relieved--something that's hard to find consistently. Natalya doesn't just give a massage; she provides real therapeutic care that makes a difference. If you're dealing with ongoing stiffness, pain, or just need a truly effective massage, I can't recommend Santa Clarita Massage with Natalya enough.

UPDATE: This business owner knows that there is a civil code that states gift certificates cannot…read moreexpire in the state of California. My daughter reached out before the gift certificate expired and the seller had no availability before the expiration date (which is bogus). If she would have just allowed my daughter to schedule something after the expiration date, we wouldn't be going through this. She has to make up untrue statements about customers and their intentions. By the way, I have the text chain between the seller and I saved and can post any time. We have read through all the negative reviews both on Google and Yelp. For someone who has been in business for 26 years, you should know better than to bully customers. Not professional. BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a gift certificate here as a Mother's Day gift for my daughter while she was pregnant. I specifically explained that it was meant for a pregnancy/postpartum massage, since recovery timelines after birth are unpredictable and I wanted her to have something supportive once she was feeling better. At no point during the purchase was I told that the gift certificate would expire in only six months or that it would not be honored if scheduling wasn't available. Had that been clearly disclosed, I would not have purchased it. A short expiration window simply doesn't make sense for a pregnancy or postpartum gift. When my daughter was finally medically cleared after her C-section and reached out before the expiration date, she was told there were no appointments available and the gift certificate would not be honored later or refunded. As the person who paid for this gift, that was extremely disappointing. The gift card was paid for in full, but the experience never happened. What was intended to be a meaningful and supportive gift during an important life moment turned into stress and frustration instead. I'm leaving this review so other customers know to ask very specific questions before purchasing a gift certificate, especially if it's for someone who may have medical or scheduling limitations.

I went to her regularly and it seemed that every massage only got better as she incorporated Reiki and energy work. In July of 2025 I was diagnosed with stage IV colorectal cancer with metastasis to the lung. The outlook was not good as the chances of survival from this were 13-15%. I was told that I would probably need radiation after the 4th round of chemo and would need a colostomy bag after the surgery to remove the cancer from my colon. I started chemo and Jae was doing regular energy work on me. She intuitively worked where she felt that I needed it most. One day, she told me that she felt like I was healed as she could not detect the cancer in me. I actually felt the same way, although I was skeptical. On my next visit to my doctor, he confirmed that after 3 rounds of chemo, my scans were clear! He also said, "Whatever you are doing, keep it up because it's working!" (The other patients were not having the same results as I had.) I firmly believe that the intuitive healing and energy work that Jae did had a LOT to do with my healing. I am so grateful that I have had such impressive results. I had hoped for the best outcome, but never expected it to be this good. I am thankful for Jae and her amazing abilities. I highly recommend her as she seemed to work a miracle with me. I cannot praise her enough.

I booked a 90-minute medium-to-intense massage session with Nana (sp?) and from the moment she started, I knew I was in incredibly skilled hands. I could barely get onto the table, but she gently coaxed my muscles into relaxing with one of the best treatments I've ever experienced. By the end of the session, I felt relief, gratitude, and best sleep of the entire week. Mew Mew is intuitive, professional, and truly gifted at what she does. I'd been to Top Thai Massage a number of times before, but my last visit unfortunately was my last…read more I'm not exactly sure what changed (management, cost cutting measures, etc.), but here is a list of noticeable differences that have made me decide to not go back: 1. Scratchy/rough feeling sheets. They used to have the softest sheets/blankets on their massage tables. The moment I laid down this time, my body went into "Ugh, these sheets are thick, waffle-y, and scratchy" mode and I wasn't really able to relax. 2. This was the first time no bolster was placed under my feet, so that added to the discomfort. 3. No heating blanket was offered, but I did see the cord as I was getting dressed afterwards. 4. I was told that the 90-minute massage was all inclusive (to include an essential oil of my choosing), but never received it. 5. There was no head massage...not even a second. This was given every time before, and my mom received it with hers. (We both had massages that day; same time, different rooms and different therapists (obviously!)). 6. My massage therapist (and my mom's, too) seemed a bit rushed. Sure, we both got our 90 minutes, but there were areas for both of us that they just sped through and some where we felt they just spent too much unnecessary time on. 7. This place just doesn't seem as clean, organized or relaxing as it once did. Again, it's clean, but not inviting or as comfortable as it once was. 8. This didn't change, and I get tipping, but the 32% tipping "suggestion" at the front desk is a slight ick for me. I'd at least change it to 20%, but heck...I even tipped the $35 for a $109 massage (32.11%), so maybe it just works. I'm not saying this place is bad by any means, but it has definitely gone from my fave to "eh". Time for me to focus on finding a new massage place that's more inviting, comfortable, and much better quality. Sorry Top Thai, you're just not my "top" anymore.
