That helped me feel safe and comfortable going into something that felt a little intimidating at first. Throughout the time I worked with her, I always felt heard, respected, and genuinely supported. Genesis is very thorough and attentive, and she creates an environment where you feel safe enough to process things at your own pace. She never rushed the work and always made sure I felt grounded before moving forward, which meant a lot to me. Over time, I noticed a real difference in how I was able to process past trauma, and the progress started to show up in my everyday life. I called 3 other places before I called here and they all told me they weren't accepting new patients which is understandable but still most places are doing video calls or phone sessions so it was a little disappointing but when I called here, valley prevention did offer phone sessions which is really cool. 10 out 10 will being coming here regularly.

She really listens, cares and is not writing things down. But she totally remembers. She thinks of her patients and ways to help when she is off the clock. She worries and even when out of the country thought of me. I felt at my lowest when I started and knowing I have someone to talk to, that doesn't judge has made a huge difference . I'm having surgery in a few days and she brought me a scooter to use. Saved me a fortune. What got me the most was she asked me to call, when I am out of surgery that day. That's caring.
