This is not at all clear from the website marketing, which states: * Photos Taken: 30-50 images * Retouched Images: 1 professionally edited photo (selected on-site) Apparently you also get only 1 raw image, though this is not stated. You have to immediately go through a lengthy three-phase process to choose that photo --no consulting with friends/partners. Okay, so maybe I should have found the fine print, but it turns out "professionally edited" means "created by AI." It generated an image that looks like a 25-year-old digital avatar of me, quite different from the original photo. The website also claims that "We offer 2 rounds of free revisions," but I have not received a response a week after asking for one. So, I'm using the raw image, which is fine.

He can be a really ON or really OFF. I'd spoken to him all week about photos and he practiced smiling and posing. I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Wellllll, picture day was his OFF day. He decided to be a real two-year-old. He was A LOT! Our photographer, Chung, had the patience of a saint. I didn't think we'd get any good photos! Our session was about 40 minutes or so and Chung tried his best to get many photos. True to his word, the gallery was available to me by 8am the following day. WOW! When he said the gallery would be available the next day, I was thinking wayyyyy at the end of the day. Nope! My gallery was available a little after 8. Nice! During the pre-shoot consultation, she spent time discussing what types of photos I wanted to capture and she provided helpful guidance on how I could prepare (and what to consider in clothing choices) to have the best shoot possible.
