We purchased all of our mowers and chainsaws here and have 100% of our service handled here as well. We also refer everyone we can think of to this shop. The owners are very knowledgeable and kind and honest about what it will take to have a repair done. They're also very clear on the payment policies. It's a rare thing to find a business that truly cares about the work that they do and the customers that they serve. I also noticed that they always have the stock items that we need, whether it is a large Zero Turn Mower for our 13 acre property or a particular chainsaw that we need since we cut so much firewood. We have also purchased high quality push mowers from them for just doing minor trim around the house. We so prefer working with this shop over big box stores much closer to home that really do not understand or cater to individual customers. We always pay our bills on time for the service, parts or products that we purchase and treated the shop owners with respect, therefore, we have always been met with respect and kindness, whether for warranty service or just out-of-pocket repairs. After all, equipment needs to be maintained, and a trustworthy shop is mission-critical to protect our investments.
