I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the mistreatment I experienced as a customer at your store, specifically at the hands of one of your managers named Julie. The incident occurred last week at your Kmart location Casula.
During my visit, I encountered an exceptionally hostile and disrespectful attitude from Manager Julie. Her behaviour was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable in a customer service role. Her abrasive tone and dismissive attitude made me feel undervalued and disrespected as a customer.
I approached Manager Julie to seek assistance with an issue I was facing, hoping for a resolution or at least some guidance. However, instead of providing any form of support or understanding, she proceeded to speak to me in a condescending manner, ignoring my concerns and displaying a complete lack of empathy.
I found Julie's behaviour not only shocking but also detrimental to the reputation of Kmart as a customer-centric establishment. As a loyal customer, I have always expected a certain level of respect, courtesy, and assistance from your staff, especially from those in managerial positions.
I strongly urge you to address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Customers should be treated with the utmost respect, regardless of the circumstances, and it is essential for your management team to uphold these standards.
I would appreciate being informed of the steps that will be taken to rectify this situation and prevent similar occurrences from happening again or maybe even firing this manager as she isn't fit for role anymore.
I hope that Kmart takes this matter seriously and understands the importance of maintaining a positive customer experience. I value the relationship I have had with Kmart over the years, and it is disheartening to see it tarnished by the actions of one individual. As I've seen this manager approach multiple customers with the same actions over the last couple years of visiting the store.
