The guy who estimated my house was super friendly and seemed to actually care about my issues and not just sell me. I discovered my crawl space has no insulation. He recommended closed cell spray foam insulation. He also recommend topping off the existing fiberglass batt insulation in my attic with cellulose blow in. ( I had one guy who wanted to charge big $$ to remove the existing insulation and start fresh just because it was old). After getting the estimate and thinking about the job, I went with them. A few Saturday's later Tedco's crew arrived on time and got right to work. I had a few questions during the job and every guy I spoke was friendly and got me the answer. I was surprised that a few hours later they were finished. Before they left the crew leader went over everything and asked me if there was any issues or questions about the job. After they left my house felt warmer and it looked as clean and put back together as it did before they arrived. I'm very happy with my choice of Tedco Insulation.

He repaired some boards that were rotted and loose, and refinished the whole deck. My jaw dropped from the results, not only is IronRidge Contracting great at building decks, they are equally as great at repairing them! His estimate and final price lined up so well, he even offers financing, which I happily took advantage of this time around. It was either going to take over a week to see me, or they wouldn't repair windows that they didn't install. I found Hockessin Homeworks here, and even though they didn't have any reviews I decided to give them a try. I'm very glad I did. They stopped by the same day, took a look at the window and told me that they thought they could squeeze the job in before the end of the day. I have worked with two other contractors recently, and I can honestly say that they don't come even remotely close to the quality of work that Carlos and his crew provided. Carlos and Victor remodeled my entire bathroom, removing and reinstalling new tile, a vanity, mirror, light fixture, toilet and other bathroom accessories in addition to spackling and painting. From start to finish, Carlos demonstrated an extreme attention to detail and a genuine commitment to making sure everything was done properly. He does not cut corners, and he takes the time to do things the right way even when it requires extra effort. For example, he noticed that my bathroom floor was not properly leveled, something that could have easily been overlooked or simply worked around. Instead, he took the time to correct the problem and make sure everything was properly leveled before continuing with the project. He even painted door trim outside of my bathroom to make sure it transitioned well with the bathroom, something that was not his responsibility. That level of care and thoroughness is exactly what you hope for in a contractor. The spackling and painting were absolutely immaculate. I have hired professional painters in the past who did not come close to the quality of the paint job Carlos delivered. Painting is 90% prep work: sanding and spackling. You can tell when a contractor understands the difference prep work makes, and Carlos and his group certainly does. Carlos and his crew were also kind, respectful, professional, and a pleasure to have working in my home. They were extremely conscientious about keeping everything clean throughout the project. In fact, I commented to my husband that my house looked cleaner after they left than it did before they started! Another thing that really stood out to me was the pricing. His prices are more than fair considering the quality of work, attention to detail, and level of care he provides. You TRULY feel that Carlos takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be completely satisfied with the finished product. It is VERY rare to find that these days. After a nightmare contractor experience to begin, I was confident when I then hired Red Hammer I would be in good hands.
