To say that the situation was challenging would be an understatement, but Gabe never wavered in dealing with the insurance company and the many vendors that were involved in the reconstruction of my home. Their work is impeccable, and Gabe spent many hours working on my case to ensure that everything was done to my specifications and within the allotted budget. He also worked tirelessly to incorporate some other renovation projects into the rebuild so that everything would be done on time. While I hope that no one reading this suffers a loss due to fire, flood or some other disaster, if you do, I highly recommend Gibellino Construction as one of your first phone calls! I will use them again should I have any other home renovation projects in the future.

It was either going to take over a week to see me, or they wouldn't repair windows that they didn't install. I found Hockessin Homeworks here, and even though they didn't have any reviews I decided to give them a try. I'm very glad I did. They stopped by the same day, took a look at the window and told me that they thought they could squeeze the job in before the end of the day. Sure enough, they were able to get the rotted wood replaced and the trim put back on & sealed within a few hours. The price was very reasonable. I will 100% be calling them again for repair needs.

The owner of Tri-State Remodeling (Roland) responded to my initial search on YELP but let me know up front he didn't deal with "patching" but if I was interested in a consultation for new roof, he would be glad to meet. After meeting with Roland, I had a whole new perspective and what seems like a reasonable amount of information on roofs in general. He was very thorough in his presentation, explaining the various products, along with the training and certification process thru the product manufacturer, and explained step by step how a roof project would be conducted. Tri-State Remodeling not only uses quality materials, they understand the importance of customer service and satisfaction and professionalism. The estimate provided was very competitive and included items not mentioned by other contractors. I am so glad I chose not to piece-meal this project as it turned out, my roof was in pretty bad shape underneath it all; several pieces of plywood had to be replaced (included). Overall, I was pleased with the experience with one exception. The tarp used to protect the property ripped and materials fell on the tree next to my porch causing damage to several of the upper limbs that had to be addressed. Oh, did I mention the life time warranty? Awesome!! Check them out if you ever find yourself in need of a roof. They also do gutters, siding, windows & doors....

Even after we called and asked them to bring out one of their large magnets brooms that all roofing and contractors have Nope, no show. I personally picked up 10 nails the day after installing the gutters The next day my husband picked up another dozen. We got the gutters put on the first week of March and today (4/1/26) my hubby pulled his truck into a different section of the drive and lo and behold he went out to get milk just now and has a flat tire. The screw is an exact match to the ones in our gutters! So they do a great job installing but they are lax on the clean up. Just be careful before giving final payment. Because that is too too many nails / screws to accidentally miss.

They walked us through all the options, gave estimates for everything, even took drone shots of our roof so we could see exactly what work they proposed and why. They installed a rubber roof on our low-slope kitchen addition and did a very nice job of it. The one hiccup was that a contractor forgot to clean up all the nails before leaving. To my surprise, the owner of the company personally came out to apologize and went around our back yard with a magnet to clean up the remaining debris himself. Steve and his company was referred to me by a friend and I could not be more satisfied with his…read moresuperb service. He went above and beyond what was expected from a roofing company. Steve coated and repaired my roof in Aug 2017 and approximately 1 month later I found water in my basement. After I did an exhausting search for the source of the leak and Steve coming to assess his work (which was still in excellent condition), through our discussion he suggested other potential causes and how to investigate them. Ultimately, I found that the source of my basement water was a leaky toilet next door. His suggestions and guidance really made the difference! Overall, his professionalism, timeliness in responding to emails, ease of payment, pricing, and of course his work are all top notch. I especially appreciate how he walked me through the process of getting my roof done (as a physician, I knew little about) and supplemented with before/after photos. Highly recommend!
