From the moment I approached the counter, he had an attitude, ignored basic customer service steps (like asking for my loyalty number), and dismissed my valid military ID as identification, even though it's a government-issued card with my birth date clearly listed. When I tried to clarify, he continued being disrespectful, raising his voice in front of other customers, and refused to communicate properly.
