For me it was a real head scratcher. Rick and Tony came out the next day and arrived ontime at 830 am. Within an hour they diagnosed and fixed the problem which was faulty wiring of the GFI. I told them they did not have to but they insisted on repeatedly putting on booties when coming into the house. They have a $200 fee for coming out that covers repairs if they do not need to install expensive equipment. I think that is very reasonable in today's world. Rick, who lead the team, strikes me as being honest as the day is long. It is so good to find intelligent, honest, and competitant craftsmen to fix stuff when it needs. I especially recommend them for major electrical work, such as installing/repairing the mainline electric cable, whole-house standby generator installation, electric (sub)panel installation, or installing an underground electric connection between our house and the garage. For these jobs, they came as a team of 6-8 people and usually got the job done within one day. Their solutions are not only of excellent quality, they also make it look good. Whatever work they have completed in our house has never given us any issues afterwards. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I called ITech and spoke to Tony. His calm demeanor and reassurance on the phone was comforting. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. The entire time there, Tony kept me informed every step of the way as well as making minor corrections to my circuit panel. I really appreciated how professional and clean all three of them were . I would not hesitate to call them again.

We hired Stahl Electric to do a full rewire on our house to remove all of the old knob and tube…read morewiring and upgrade to a 200 amp service. The job included adding a number of ceiling fans and light fixtures throughout the house, more electrical outlets, and a new doorbell. It was completed May-June 2017. I can't say enough about the phenomenal job that Ira's team did for us! The estimated time for the job to be completed was 4-6 weeks and they finished in exactly 4. Every morning, the guys (Lou and Alex) showed up right on time. I'm at home with a new baby at the moment so I was around a lot while they were working. They were extremely polite, friendly, and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. They did a full day's work, and always spent the last 30-40 mins of each day cleaning up, vacuuming any bits left on the floor, and moving furniture back to where they found it. You could barely tell they had been there after they left! Another thing I really appreciated was that they knew we were very concerned with keeping the job as close to the original estimate as possible. So they always pointed out when unexpected things came up, and gave us options of how the issue could be handled. Finally, now that the job is complete, we have a few, VERY SMALL places where we need to spackle and touch up paint but nowhere near what I assumed we might be left with after a huge job like this. It's almost like magic! They replaced all of the old wiring in our house and you can barely see any evidence that they were here at all. And now our house is safer, more comfortable to live in, and our homeowners insurance is going down by more than 50% per year! We'll absolutely use Stahl Electric for all of our electrical needs in the future and would 100% recommend them for any job, big or small.
