With all of the back and forth there was lots of documentation regarding the design, font and placement of the mugs I had laser engraved. When I received my product there were errors made. I notified the staff whose response was "sorry". The body language said to drop it. So I did. But they shanked the design on a product that was valued at hundreds of dollars. They met the deadline but they seem understaffed. I wouldn't completely avoid them but they certainly won't be my first choice if I have other options.
