He didn't make me feel awkward about asking questions, he gave me the name and address of places that would have what I was looking for. He also has a very cute pup in the store named Lady. His place is definitely somewhere I will be doing business with. Thanks Jim!

I had 106 done and their turnaround time is excellent. The only thing I think could be improved is that it can be difficult to reach them. They're small staffed and very busy. Not always quick to respond to email and don't always answer the phone. But overall they're great and I'd use them again in a heartbeat

(This store is located in the Midtown Mall.) Thank you…read morefellow yelper Emma M., for your review of this place. I didn't really want to do it, but I must ditto on that. The woman working here is a real buzzkill. I am a shopper who doesn't like to be bothered, however--nothing beats a smile and a hello upon walking into a place. She will engage in conversation if you get it started while buying something. Hmmm. I had thought at one time that I may be a regular if only because the wonderful Leanin' Tree greeting cards are carried here. Meh. I get more warmth at the Hallmark store which is in the same mall, and from ordering cards online with Greeting Card Universe, where customizing is free. Both places provide a "Thank you for stopping in!" :-)

You could spend a bit of time here just to see everything and you'd probably still miss things. Nope. I walked in and the lady working there looked up at me from her knitting/crocheting and looked back down. No hello. Nothing. I did a small circle, getting closer to the register to see if I'd still get an acknowledgement. Nothing. I have decided that as I visit stores and shop the Christmas bazaars that if the owners cannot take the time to greet potential customers then they do not deserve my business. A simple "hello" doesn't hurt anyone. It's one word. I would of even taken a wave... Sorry not sorry.

I really like dealing locally whenever possible and luckily Arctic Office makes this easy! If you…read moreare setting up a business account I recommend calling Arctic Office Products for your office supply needs. They are super helpful and the best part is their quality of customer service. Ben, my account manager, comes by my office once a month to chat in person, drop off his "pen of the month" and let me know what special deals they are running. Last month I ordered the wrong ink cartridges for our office printer. He said no problem, picked them up from the office and is crediting our account. Their prices are cheaper than retail prices at Office Max or Office Depot, which is always good! They have free delivery no matter how much or how little you order. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because they don't always have what I need in stock and I have to wait for it to be delivered. I ran out of said ink toner and the kind that I do need Arctic Office doesn't carry so it was going to be 7 - 10 days delivery forcing me to run to Office Max to get the ink that I need until then.
