Our Toy Fox Terrier is VERY difficult to trim her nails as she hates her feet touched as she was a rescue from a backyard breeder who pulled her toes off and bred the mother with the grandfather which left our girl, Monkee, quite inbred so she has tons of health issues. The fact that the girls there were treating Monkee like royalty despite how raggedy she looked and how smelly her breath is (she had to get some teeth pulled due to two abscessed molars). They got her nails trimmed within less than 7 minutes!? That alone was a miracle! Every time we remotely even went near Monkee's feet, she'd nip/bite and throw a fit. I'm so thankful I found them

I would say " Pheonix needs her nails trimmed and she would waddle her little self to the front door and wait and whimper till we took her out to the car and took her to see Tina. While waiting to tell Tina I wished for her nails to be done and her fur trimmed a bit. Pheonix would try to push out of my arms to get to Tina for kisses and snuggles. It is the best feeling ever, to know your baby feels loved and safe while there to be pampered. Pheonix hated to get her face wet but the staff there held her gently and talked to her in such a loving manner and she would relax and get her nose to tail bath. I wish there were more stars to give this Grooming team. Because I could fill them all up. This team is amazing and I love that they take time to talk, cuddle, snuggle and most of all show how much this in not just work to them, they genuinely care. Hugs, From Pheonix's Mommy, Amy

Mind you, he's almost 5 years old & I've been taking him there since I got him at 4 months old, so this kind of seemed like just another ploy to make pay more money. The other 5 were with two of his friends that are not certified professional trainers per what the contract states. None of the 3 are on the same page when it comes to training. There are a lot of things I don't agree with that they are very demanding about you do with your dog. Yes I get it not everyone agrees. We wanted to have our pup tested for Star Puppy. We practiced at home. When we went to test, a lot of the stuff we tested on was not even on the test. That night you could tell AJ didn't want to be there. We asked to cancel our contract and were told you can't cancel. There is no refunds, we paid in full and I have it in writing saying we had three sessions left that are paid for. I have the contract that doesn't state anything about no refunds. Just what happens if you still owe for sessions unpaid. Then all communications stopped after we asked for the copy to compare with the one we signed. Trust me the money is not worth it. We paid 120.00 for 6 sessions with a professional licensed AKC trainer and our pup passed her Star Puppy certification with no issues at all. We actually learned so much more in those 6 sessions than what we did in 9 sessions with LOTP. AJ and his friends are always late for sessions, that is not something I consider professional. When my husband went to talk to them in person about the contract we were told they would be in the shop that day...: nope the doors were locked. AJ has a good idea but needs to take some much needed business classes. Stop hiring his friends. A lot of the things he tells people are not the AKC standards, I have spoke to two trainers that have been certified by ACK both over 15 years that say he is not following the guidelines. We have reacted out to our attorney about getting a refund.
