The price was extremely reasonable; we had intended to get three estimates but my mom and I both lined Kris so much we decided to go with him right away. I chose a day for installation when Kris was going to be out of town on vacation so he let me decide if we wait to wait until he got back or if we wanted him to send his right hand man Daniel. We went with Daniel who showed up right on time on a cold morning. I thought removing the old badly cracked panes of glass would be very difficult. I was right but they got the old ones out quickly and the new ones in so fast and they finished about 30 minutes before their estimate. They only removed one window at a time and our house never got cold on a 33 degree day This was one of the best customer experiences for a project I have ever had. I chose EV Windows after asking CharGBT to find me a great window company with very good reviews and I'm so glad I did. I do not have one negative thing to say. It's a builders grade glass door, so the lower quality of the door made it more difficult to repair. All of the other companies we obtained bids from said it couldn't be repaired and quoted 2500 to 3000 for a replacement. Peter came over on a Sunday morning and repaired it expertly. Our front window had a broken sash and required a complete replacement. The replacement cost Peter quoted was a reasonable price and he took out the old damaged window and replaced it with a new one, spending time caulking and finishing the job. Peter responded quickly and provided a quote before beginning the job. I highly recommend Pat Builders.

Buyer beware. Response to the response below: The hardware is being shipped only AFTER I submitted a complaint to the BBB, which I was forced to do after 3 months of ignored emails and excuses. In any case, the hardware is only 5% of the issue at the end of well over a year of ignored emails, phone calls, stonewalling, and just downright inexcusably poor customer service. Your CEO reached out to me to attempt to get me to remove my accurate reviews of his business. He should have been reaching out to me 18 months ago to proactively apologize for the incredibly poor customer service, missed install dates, wrong orders, etc. I'll post pictures of long strings of unanswered emails and blown commitments. After the install, I had a question about one of the windows since it looked like there was a small crack at the top corner and they sent someone out to look at it right away. It turned out it was just some glue residue that was attached on the inside of the window that made it look like a crack and was easly scraped off with a razor blade. I definitley recommend using Semko as they provided a very reliable service and also beat out many other window companies with their competitive pricing.
