They use high-quality films, have experienced and well trained staff, and offer a lifetime warranty. I also compared their pricing with other shops, and found it very reasonable for the quality of the film and workmanship. The tint turned out great. The drop-off and pick-up process was convenient, and there was plenty of parking right in front of the shop. They also finished the job earlier than promised, which I really appreciate.

What stood out to me was the great reviews, how clearly they explained the different services they offer over call and text, and that their pricing was more competitive than some of the other places I contacted without compromising on quality. Their reviews and the way they explained everything are ultimately what sold me. They were also very patient while my car was still in service before I was able to drop it off, and the drop-off process was super easy. Everyone I interacted with was really nice and took the time to explain everything clearly. I ended up getting full XPEL Stealth PPF, ceramic coating, and all of my windows tinted (35% on the driver and passenger windows, 70% on the windshield, and 55% on the rest of the glass). The whole process took about 5 days, and I was able to schedule a weekend pickup, which worked out perfectly for my schedule. My car looks amazing, and I LOVE how it turned out! I've already gotten so many compliments on it. They also included some complimentary services, including a hand wash once the PPF has had time to settle, where they'll also go over how to properly wash and care for the car. Overall, I had a really amazing experience with Magic Auto Shine and would definitely recommend them. I'll be back for detailing in the future and am also looking into getting windshield protection with them. Thank you to the Magic Auto Shine team for taking such good care of my car!

I came back here 12 years later to get ceramic tint on my other windows…read more Scheduling via Yelp was very easy. I was able to get an appointment within a week. When I got there, I received the same high level of service I got more than a decade ago. Some new faces this time. I had asked to see how 70% looked and a sample strip was applied just so I could see how dark it was. I appreciated this extra help. There was clear communication each step of the process, so I never felt lost. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Fast forward a month later, I still see some spots that seemed blurry. I made contact again via Yelp and explained my concern. I was told that a month is more than enough time for it to cure. So we setup an appointment so that they could inspect it and re-do the tint if necessary. Unfortunately, it did seem like it needed to be redone. I'm glad that they had foresight to allow enough time to redo. It's now almost a month later and everything is still great!

I wanted the windows as dark as I can get them for UV protection (leather interior) as well as privacy and I couldn't be happier.
