My team is called: Bill S Offspring I walk in on Saturday morning and talk to the counter person. They have a mock back yard, I ask for two yards of stone. I think I need about two, how much would that cover? The counter person shows me the yard out back and says about from here to here. Perfect. I pay for my rocks and in 90 minutes they drop two yards of river stone on my driveway. How's that for service?? Now its time to move two yards of river stone up hill to my yard. My oldest son zooms out, Gotta go to work but good luck with this rock thingy! But my younger son who is now driving my old jeep? Smiling.. lets get to work! We moved the rocks and positioned them in a very decorative fashion. I have to pay people to do this, what am I a Royal?!? I still go to the box stores a buy a few bags of mulch at $3.50 per bag. They were very helpful and friendly. For under $30 I got go a nice healthy yard of black mulch dumped right in the back of pickup. Service was quick and there was no wait. The gentleman in the office actually came out and took care of the material. Mulch looks great and I'm headed back this morning for another load. We said if you bring a couple of guys, you can bang this out quickly. Owner insisted we send him $155.00 through Zell first. We did not feel comfortable with that but he is fully insured, so we did. He came by himself and removed some brush and blows some leaves around in piles. He then wants to drive a tractor back and forth over our beautiful front lawn they looks mint. We told him to please come back with more help and carry leaves out by the trash cans they have not a tractor. So many days went by and no calls. We text him and he says he's done enough and we told him to leave. He then says it will cost us $1,000.00 to do an area thats not really a full yard size as according to his add. Not that big of an area. We told him we were very disappointed and he says why? Because he sa8d we told him to just leave. So basically he stole money from us by stealing through an incomplete job.
