Been using a Woodstove for 20 years and most wood catches even if a little green. This is trash. Definitely not the wrong business - as owner has claimed in other reviews. It's dirty and unseasoned. I didn't go with them right away because I wanted to get some other quotes. When I did decide to go with them, they accepted a lower price right over the phone ($800). They said it would take a few weeks to come out to me and I was fine with that. After a few weeks, my neighbor said that they were having a party in two days and asked me when the tree was getting trimmed. They didn't feel safe with the hanging limb that was partially in their backyard. I called Tree Guys and the owner agreed to come out the very next day. My neighbor was ecstatic! They did a great job and I was very grateful that I got my backyard back! Thanks, Tree Guys!

His crew was already in the neighborhood and showed up just a few hours later. They safely took down all three trees (including a full stump grind on the big one near the house), removed a giant heavy branch hanging toward our roof from the utility tree, and trimmed two others. Everything was done professionally with great care around the house, power lines, and landscaping. They clearly know what they're doing and worked efficiently -- the whole job only took a couple of hours. The price was very fair for the amount of work and the risks involved. Highly recommend Master Tree Services for any tree work. Reliable, fast, and trustworthy.

It's all small and medium pieces, which is what I prefer. I first ordered in October and received the face chord in a week. I purchased their "screened" top soil, and it was absolutely terrible quality. The soil was full of debris, rocks, and material that clearly was NOT properly screened. I continued calling every few days just trying to resolve the issue professionally. Eventually I was met with attitude, hung up on, and then they proceeded to block my calls entirely. I rarely write reviews, but buyers beware. This company does not care about customer service and they DEFINITELY do not properly screen their top soil. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

I requested more with the stipulation that it must be cured , I even offered to pay extra.
