Initially I saw mostly the roof of the building as I was wheeled round on a stretcher somewhat out of it. As the painkillers wore off before surgery I was pleased that I seemed to get bumped to the top of the operations queue when they were finally certain about the diagnosis - the appendix had to come out. Sadly with no specalists on hand they couldn't do keyhole surgery so I've got the standard scar which may throw my modelling career into disarray. The stitches look neat enough though, and I can eat again. Bonus points for helping me lose 5KG in a week!

My only complaint is I was recommended this hospital for their English speaking staff. I travelled 30 minutes from home specifically for this service. Although, I only came across one person (luckily) that spoke enough English to converse about my situation. Overall, I think this hospital is recommendable for its cleanliness and friendlisness but as most places in Germany (and totally understandable) English speaking usually means only "ein bisschen" (a little bit) ;)

This time my Dr. Called and made the appointment for me... So I get there, (insane pain... Goosebumps and shaking from pain) and the blond woman in the reception started to educate be and in a very rude tone of voice, "reminding" me that I've already tried once to get an appointment there, and that they don't rake emergency's... I told her that I wasn't the one who called.. (In my broken German, with insane pain) and she insisted that she needs to educate me and tell me that I shouldn't do this kind of things as if I was doing something wrong, insisting that that's not how they work, and I understand that, but I wasn't the one who made the appointment it was my Dr. Any ways... That wan was a monster... I was crying in the reception with pain and she unable to show any kind of empathy... I ask her already pissed and angry if I should leave she said that I can stay..( so why the fuck I needed to feel and get all that crap from that receptionist I dont know...) After that I waited like 2-3 hour... Nether to say crying in the waiting room and got not real attention from that Dr. And not only that... They later Sended me a letter home that I'm no longer welcome in that praxis... NEVER IN MY LIFE IVE BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT FEOM A HEALTH WORKER! NO EMPATHY, SHE TOOKED MY DIGNITY IN 1 SEC. I REALLY WANTED TO GET A LAWYER A GET SOME JUSTICE . ITS NOT WORTH IT. HOPEFULLY THIS REVIEW WILL DO THE JOB.
