He took pictures, many notes, and basically impressed us with his thorough approach to our needs. He emailed us that same night with a better unit and estimate than the one I was initially interested in. The price for the work was very fair. It took a little longer to install than planned because the first unit came to them damaged, but I really wanted this unit, so I opted to wait for exact model I wanted, was the trucking company's fault, not the contractors. Then after the install, there was a minor issue that needed fixed, I called the next day and they were back at my house within an hour of my call to fix it. Now that is great customer service. I expect I will be using them again, and would definitely recommend them. Very professional, and they have shown us the care...

I scheduled mine and the guy told me I needed a new central AC system. Quoted me $13k. Wow. My AC compressor randomly stopped working after he left and the company said I didn't have enough r22 to power it. Sounded shady bc it was running when he was here. A month later, I decide to have a different HVAC company come take a look. They said my wires were disconnected outside and the ground wire was disconnected and it reset the breaker. The tech was obviously trying to get a commission off a new ac from me. I had to buy window units during that time just to get by in this heat. Wasted money that I don't have! SMH shame on SJ KOWALSKI!
