I made a return trip to klig's kites yesterday to purchase a summer themed flag for my house. I was shocked by the signage bearing negativity and falsehood statements about our current President. I also saw signage for a candidate which has not officially been nominated by his party for president in 2024. I realize an enterprise is free to sell whatever it wishes, but this customer will not be wading through advertising and negative statements in order to get inside the door.......in my opinion, it's Unamerican! read more

I wanted to fly a kite while at Myrtle Beach.... Like the old days when I was a kid at Myrtle Beach in the 60s. No one had a simple inexpensive kite that would fly. this place sells a cheap kites however they will not fly... I wasn't wanting to spend $30 for a kite. However when I got away from the beach I found inexpensive kites so I will take my kites with me next time I go to Myrtle Beach for a Vacation.... Do not waste you money at this Store.... read more

My wife and I are connoisseurs of kite shops and this is the best one we've ever found. We were lucky to meet Rick the owner and his daughter Lauren in this wonderful family owned business. They helped us fix our old Kite and we found lots of new fun things to play with on the beach as well. We will definitely make this shop a stop on every trip we make it to Myrtle Beach. read more

Will someone please explain to me why this business was open when all other non-essential were closed? The put out a sign that says we sell masks. Cut up t-shirts and paper procedure masks are not useful or protection. Yet this and beachwear stores that advertised they were selling them were allowed to open and sell non essential items. A kite is emergency or essential equipment. This was sent to the attorney general and no answer received. The Governor is more worried about tourists that don't vote than the citizens that do. SC needs to remain closed. I had COVID 19 in late February and wished I would die. Currently I'm coming around with a second more minor case but the nasal swab unless you're within 48 hours needs a blood test to be accurate. SC has lied about the figures and deaths. We can't upset the tourists which might mean we would get real jobs here. They are upset because the President closed the borders so the foreign exchange students can't come here and take the few available jobs. When illegals want to go you know a problem exists. Food service business owners flaunting the laws. Admitted that places like LULU's were charging $17 for a burger pre COVID but allowing workers that were ill too serve food before the shutdown because of no choice due to wages that are garbage. Businesses having people working who were sick now they put up plexiglass sneeze guards don't sanitize and I've yet to see just one EVER wash their hands. I asked a local pizza chain to redo my order I was picking up, Walmart stocker pulled his mask down and picked his nose before wiping it on the food nice pic of it and manager said it's ok just wash it. Mr. President have staff check some of these stores seems like food intentionally being contaminated. read more
