I really appreciated that, most salons just cut hair and style but Tom took the extra mile and I was beyond happy with my results. The girls working were very sweet and did not chit chat incessantly. There was a little trouble about the waxing room being locked, but the owner was all over it and solved the issue without making a scene. They offered that "vacation" option, but did not overly push it on me. And they have lots of affordable packages. The only reason why I am only giving it four stars is that it is small. I would highly recommend making a reservation. Because I can imagine that it could get busy and there isn't really a waiting area. I do not mind the size at all, but it could be a deal breaker if I wanted to go with friends.
