I was never greeted with a "hello." She was always short with me. (I am the client after all... It's not my "job" to give HER customer service.) I also tried calling after my visit to inquire about different prices available to me and the receptionist said "What do you want me to do? The doctor isn't here." Now, I am a new client to the firm, but a long time professional in the customer service industry. It's not the client's job to tell you what should be done. Suggestions such as "The doctor unfortunately isn't in today. Shall I have her call you?" Spoken preferably in a non-rude tone would also help. All and all ... I simply cannot give positive feedback simply because of the service. She's at the front line. I expect more. (I'm not talking taking my coat and being my butler either... haha. I think I was more than fair with her. Actually, she was nice at one point... only when her boss was standing next to her though.) Can't say I'll visit there again. When it comes to Optometrists... I really want my full $140 visit's worth. And there are simply so many choices in Ottawa... why bother with the ones that leave me cringing?

Glasses have massive glare! Staff is friendly but glasses…read moreare terrible. I was assured that my glasses would be anti-glare, however they have a distinct green filter and massive glare. It was so annoying I couldn't wear them and I returned the glasses. The owner claimed he sent them to the lab and they changed the lenses. However I saw no difference, still massive glare. The glasses were on sale, I guess you get what you pay for! I went back to the store for the 3rd time and asked staff to remove the lenses from the frame and will have the lenses replaced by Hakim Optical.

It has a Winners (one of my favourite stores of all times, lol), Staples, Factory Direct and a Dollarama. They have limited food options, but they are not bad: Pho May (a Vietnamese restaurant), Centrale Bergham (a burger place with an International twist), Wild Wing, Subway, and Tim Hortons. The above are the only businesses I've been to, but they also have a vape store, a nail salon, a hair salon, a pawn shop, a loan agency, a medical clinic, a small IDA drugstore, a travel agent, and H&R Block. I think the Speedy Auto Service and Novus Glass Repair are also technically part of this plaza. It's very close to several other plazas like RioCan St Laurent (which has a big Giant Tiger and the newly opened Decathlon) and is not too far from St. Laurent Shopping Centre.
