The front end staff calls my home asking me what my doctors private registration number is. I tell her I have no idea??? She had the nerve to call me an imbeccile for not knowing this information. This whole conversation took place in french. "What kind of imbeccile does not know her own doctors number". In BC those numbers are not used anywhere expect on prescriptions. So i then phoned my pharmacists and he kindly gave it to me. But to me verbally abused by this staff for not knowing something because i was new to this province. I am a Registerd Nurse and in all my years in the medical field i've never seen or heard anything so abusive like that. I told her I was cancelling our whole famlies services with this office. It's really too bad as Dr. Rivard is an awesome doctor and deserves much better people up front to represent her.
