For example, I have a one year-old wood-burning fireplace insert which can only take wood of certain lengths. Every time DAN delivers to me, he is cognizant of that. Their product may be good, but don't bother asking them about any details; like "what are you calling a cord?" ( some people will sell you less than a cord, which by the way, is 4' x 4' x 8') or " what species of wood will I be getting?" (some people will sell you inferior species.) I asked these two questions and the respondent (via text) imediately got miffed and acted like they were far too busy to deal with any one who would dare to ask. They immediately cut off my order because I had the audacity. As I said, they may have a good product (or not), but they sure weren't interested in confirming that by answering the two simple questions. The person I was texting with was rude and dismissive.
