If I bought a refurbished mower from him, he would give me some credit for whatever parts he could salvage from it. So I did- got a similar mower for $280. On my way home, he called me and said there was a mix up somehow, and my mower did not have a bent shaft, and the tune up and new cord would cost $130. Who does something like this? I was satisfied with the "new" mower and never would have known a thing. He could have easily kept the $280. A refreshing dose of integrity and honesty that is rare these days.

Ultimately there was no resolution and the man that I spoke to said, "Well we do that sometimes." This to me is an incredibly unprofessional and completely apathetic response to the situation.
