Absolutely fantastic job and fantastic guys. I called for a reservation between 2-3 but because the dispatch made a scheduling error the technicians thought they didn't need to arrive until around 5. After waiting and realizing they weren't coming I called to confirm my reservation. The technicians (Bobby and Marquise) were at the park with their families on a Sunday afternoon and cancelled their plans with their families to come meet me. They arrived promptly and did a great job on my carpets. I had a puppy and was worried I wouldn't get my security deposit back based on stains in the carpets but after they were done I didn't have a single cent removed. One of the biggest problems is being clumsy .. These guys aren't shady at all. I don't know who the other reviewer saw or what happened, but I used to work for a maid service and I know how annoying customers can be sometimes and very demanding. I had no problem with them. They cleaned and scrubbed three rooms, my stairway, and cleaned out my ducts.
