However, because I did not remove my honest reviews immediately, they went ahead and charged my card a SECOND time anyway. At this point, this goes beyond bad customer service. This feels completely dishonest and retaliatory. No customer should have to deal with poor cleaning, unauthorized charges, and then additional charges after the company already acknowledged fault. Please, whatever you do, DO NOT give this company your card information and do not hire them under any circumstances. There are far better and more trustworthy cleaning companies out there that actually care about their customers and the quality of their work.
