The car wash is ok, but I wouldn't bother with the monthly scheme. Been a member for about a month now and have managed to get a total of 2 washes. I've essentially paid double the amount of just going. Had multiple issues with their scanner snot reading my membership sticker, that was annoying enough. Then went today and it's closed for maintenance. They're only open for 12 hours a day; why not do maintenance during the other 12? Honestly the membership is a huge ripoff. read more

This car wash is not nearly as good as a major competitor in town so I only come here if I'm in the area and in a hurry. There's nothing unique about the service whatsoever. It's your typical put your money or card in. Choose a service. Go through the wash. When done, and on the other end, maybe vacuum and clean the interior of the car. My problem (and it is now a major compliant) is that credit card machines often don't work. So you're in the line putting your card in in order to pay for your service and it doesn't always work. At times I've had to call the attendant over to help me. Other times I've had to back out of one stall where I was trying to make my payment and move into another. Extremely frustrating. The two touchless bays in Silverdale are rarely ever both operational. This location seems to have serious maintenance issues. On several occasions, piping was clogged resulting in only half the car receiving foam. A customer should not have to wait in line for 30-40 minutes only to receive a substandard wash. Also, the spotless rinse uses recycled water and leaves you car looking as dirtier than before you washed it. This place barely qualifies as a car wash. I cancelled my premium membership today because it's just not worth it. I'll stick to the competitors. read more

Can't believe all the lousy reviews here. Guess I'm just not that picky. And I really dislike the Silverdale address of this business. It's a royal pain in the butt to get in and out of on Ridgetop Blvd and the car wash is on this little hill. Plus every time I go in there, there's a serious backup of cars. I got in and out of the Poulsbo location in under 10 minutes and I love that there are two people there to sudsy brush the tough spots on my car before driving through. Anyway, I had no issues and I'll gladly return here...especially when I have my two free birthday car wash vouchers from Haselwood Hyundai. read more

Klean Freak? Definitely not "Maintenance of Facilities Freak." At the self wash in Silverdale the dial did not match up with the function. (Oddly, I experienced the same thing at Shur-Kleen.) The good news is that I was at least able to, with some trial and error, figure out which way it should be pointing. I spent a bit too much time and this money figuring this out. Car didn't look all that great when I was done. read more

Advertised as touchless and is not touchless, didn't even do a good job cleaning my car, like it got washed by a tree branch with soap on it

$16? Not worth it. Car is not clean. Will go home and RE-wash. Lots of lights and other distractions. Spend all that time and effort on getting the car clean. Not a very good value. Electronic payment does not work, even the staff could not get working. Had to use a physical card. read more

This company is terrible. Their car wash popped my son's tire. Not only would they not pay for it they wouldn't even call me back! This is a terrible company and a terrible car wash I feel bad for the employees that work there! Don't use that car wash if you don't want your car damaged. beyond disappointed. paid for the most expensive clean possible and it didn't even wash my car. it sprayed a bunch of crap on, the spin brushes didn't even go and it didn't dry my car. if I could figure out how to get a refund I would because I am beyond irritated that I paid near 20 dollars for a bunch of soap to be left on my car. never going to another car wash that doesn't have a self service sprayer ever again. read more

This car wash was previously known as the SudStar Car Wash. I usually wash my car at home. I was in Silverdale, on my way back to Kingston, and stopped at Walmart and thought I'd treat myself to a car wash. The young man at the entrance did a great job of pre-spraying the bumpers and lower body panels. The wash job was great, but then - as I reached the final brushes and blowers, I heard a loud noise from the left rear side of my car. As soon as I got the green light, I pulled forward and quickly got out of my car. A piece of trim around the left rear window was missing. A young man was there, towel-drying for tips. I told him his car wash had ripped a piece of trim off the car, and asked him to retrieve it. He OBNOXIOUSLY, RUDELY said - "not my car wash". I couldn't believe what I had just heard. The car wash equipment had damaged my car, and all this person was interested in was getting me out of the way so he could towel-dry the next vehicle for a tip. I ended up walking back to the entrance to the wash, and talked the first young man. He promptly went into the wash bay, located the trim piece, and returned it to me. Not a good experience. It's a good car wash, but I'll go back to doing it myself at home. The obnoxious LUNATIC at the exit has no business serving the public. NONE. Sadly, our society has raised a generation of children who'd rather sit home and play video games, or collect unemployment, rather than work. Every business in Poulsbo has "help wanted" signs. That rude young man pandering for tips is better than nothing I guess. But not much better. The young man who resolved the situation was calm, considerate and professional. He'll go places in life. The young man with the towel - forget it. He has NO BUSINESS dealing with the public in a customer service environment. read more
