We agreed on a charge for delivery and setup and after a few days Brad let me know that the grill had arrived and would it be convenient to bring it by the next day (I'm in Milford BTW). He gave me a one hour window for delivery and they arrived exactly at the 1/2 hour mark. Brad and his helper had the grill off of the truck and setup in just a few minutes. There was a shortage from the factory on the grill covers so afterwards I found one online from another vendor and ordered it. Since I'd already paid for a cover with my initial purchase I asked if they could refund the cost of the cover. They immediately replied that it would not be a problem.
