Skye and kalie did an absolutely amazing job. My wife also came in and she had a phenomenal time. I let Kalie put on incredibly high-pressure on my back at times. It was slightly painful, but I knew with it being a deep tissue massage. It was necessary to loosen up the knots and she was SO great About asking her multiple times if she was applying too much pressure or not and very conscious of that. OH, AND THEY GAVE US A WATER AND SOME CANDY AFTER. I CANT RECOMMEND ENOUGH

Spain and New York City massage places didn't even come close to the quality of care I was given at Wasatch Therapeutic Massage. I used to come once a month and I was always stoked when my appointment came around. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. I was nervous about coming for the first time, since it was my first ever massage too, but everyone there made me feel comfortable and at ease. They keep everything so clean and soothing. The rooms are all lovely with their murals and calming music. It's all so comfortable and cozy - which makes it really hard to leave! And all for the best price you could ask for, which is a big plus! Afton was my massage therapist from day one and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. She was always sweet, easy to talk to, and gave the most incredible massages. She would point out the tighter spots in my body and cater each massage to softening those tighter spots. I always felt like a trillion bucks whenever I had an appointment with her. I moved to Pittsburgh for grad school and I've never been able to find a massage therapist even close to as good as Afton. New York and Spain didn't hold a candle to her abilities! I miss her tremendously and I highly recommend her to everyone in Provo in need of a massage. Totally worth it, folks! She's the best!

This was my first time getting a massage. It was our anniversary and my wife wanted to do a couples…read moremessage. I caved and she booked us a session, at around Valentine's Day. We booked an hour message, and got there about 10 minutes before our appointment. There was no one at the front desk. We waited there for about 8 minutes, not really knowing what to do. There was no bell to ring, nothing. Finally, my wife started to walk towards the only other door there, to try and see what the wait was all about, and the masseuse walks out, say nothing to us and charges the people she was just massaging. A bit odd, but we go with it. She finally acknowledges us - with a bit of an attitude - and she hands us a form, my wife, who is the expert, tells me to write down areas I want massaged and focused on, etc. We went to the back and got our messages, the whole time, both mother and daughter masseuses, kept talking to us about roller derby and how fun it is. My wife said this isn't a normal thing while getting a message. Not relaxing at all. Also, they never asked about or followed the requested areas highlighted in the form they gave us. When it was all done, the time came to charge us. The total price charged was for a full hour, but the message only lasted about 40 minutes. When my wife asked about what the couple's message included, we thought maybe chocolate covered strawberries, or the chocolate fountain they advertised on their website, but we were rudely told "you get to be in the same room." The owner has zero people skills, anytime you ask her a reasonable question about pricing or the use of a coupon, she was very rude and harsh. My first time will be my last, and I can tell you that my wife, who is always looking for a good place to have her massages done, will not be coming back.
