Last November the groomer, Stephanie (owners daughter) shaved down my poor Bella during the cold season we had. She said she was matted. so then the groomer said she would create a plan with me to avoid this happing in the future. she made appointment in February to just to trim her down ( kinda like a up keep apt) i agreed to that and Bella went to that apt. then she made another apt for today April 9th for a regular groomer apt. My dog had been brushed everyday since February with the tooth comb and brushes groomer recommended. I dropped her off at 8:30am this morning and didn't get a text back until 12:30 to pick her up. (i knew something was up bc it shouldn't take that long to groom her) her hair wasn't even an inch long. when coming into the grooming salon I was so shocked to once again see my dog totally shaved down from head to toe. bare skin. I said without yelling to the groomer, "I'm sorry but why did you shave my dog down when her hair wasn't even knotty in the 1st place and we were just here in February (paid over $80) there's no way she was that bad to have to shave her down. this groomer ( the owners daughter) began yelling and swearing at me. Telling me I don't deserve to have her as a dog and I'm a bad dog owner etc. I kept telling her to calm down and to stop swearing and yelling at me. another customer came in with her husky and the groomer continued to yell and swear at me in front of the other customer. she tried showing me a video she took of my dog and I said I don't see any knots in this video, she couldn't even spot them out. the yelling and swearing went on for 20-25 minutes. I kept saying please stop yelling at me and please let me pay and leave. I said this about 5 times before she finally let me pay. the owner (her mom) was standing there with my dog the whole time. all she kept doing was telling her daughter "you need to calm down" but she wouldn't calm down.
