Rather than return it to Chewy, that pet supplier directed me to donate it and Clatsop County Animal Shelter expressed great appreciation to receive the high quality food. I was tempted to visit the resident dogs and cats however, I was not looking to adopt another animal as we already have a dog and a cat. So, I didn't look at the animals and be tempted to take one or two home! I did note that dogs were being walked outside in the immediate area and I thought that would be a great way to volunteer some of my spare time!

They also charge to feed the dogs the food you bring in and do not quote that. They put it under "mediations" still concerned they gave my animals medications without my consent but they claim it's the food we brought in that's being charged under that. Owner tried to say we were making threats to her when I told her if my girlfriend goes to the hospital for her heart after this she would be contacted by a lawyer.

I called Safe Harbor and they worked her right in and gave the best attentive care possible. The goggles in the picture protected her eyes during the laser healing process on her tender sore little nose and snout, plus prescribed antibiotics just to be safe. I had taken my dog to a Veterinarian Clinic for a nail trimming as her nails were rather long and I figured better to have trim done at vet clinic as the quicks were certainly going to be an issue. Vet Tech returned to waiting room with my dog after two minutes or less and said she trimmed the nails but was not able to remove much nail as quicks were an issue, " Mind you that a dog walking on toenails rather than paw pads is an issue". Cost of nail trim at vet clinic was nearly $20.00 and vet tech did a truly pathetic job. I later took my dog to Petworks for a nail trim and Christal did an outstanding job, she took time with my dog to do a proper nail trim with removing plenty of nail yet not injuring the quicks and this outstanding nail trim only cost a mere $5.00. I am so happy to now know I can take my dog to Petworks where she can have a fantastic nail trim by caring and knowledgeable staff such as Christal. Keep up the good work Christal and thank you for your caring and competent service. A very happy petworks customer who will never again have to drive my dog all the way to Warrenton for an expensive and very poor nail trim. I strongly recommend Petworks to any pet owner who loves their pet and wishes to receive the absolute best care when it comes to a nail trim.

(yes I hate myself for letting it happen) I have taken her to several places over the years with some really horrible results. Knowing what Mitch has taught me about grooming cats, she's been totally abused in the past based on what the results were as described to Mitch, in one case they probably pulled her coat out rather than cut it off! I just spent two hours and twenty minutes "helping" Mitch with the process of cutting "Baby's" matted coat off, I have never seen a man with more patience (or a kitty either for that matter) It truly was an ordeal for all involved! Kitty never once "said ouch" she only starting to bitch once we got to close to two hour mark! Anyway, I told Mitch that I'd travel a couuple hundred miles to have my girl taken care of! And I meant it! WOW, I just read down the reviews a bit and it sure as heck looks like someone is on a smear campaign against Mitch and his business. The place is not dirty, it's OLD.. The building is probably 60 years or older... I've been an Internet publicist for several different factions over the years and I know all about reputation smear campaigns. I'd love to see the IP records of that group of negative messages from "different" people.. I've been there three times with two different cats and he's the man!

I had previously bought a kit online to install a system myself but I returned everything once I realized how much work it would be. To first dig the trenches, to bury the wire around my entire perimeter, mount/set up the hardware then train my doggy would have taken me at least a week or two. Glenn was very helpful and his years of experience in training was apparent because my puppy learned where he could go and how to respond when the collar was triggered. I am happy to report that my smart Pomsky figured it out and has been well contained in our backyard for over a month now.
