There was a delay with my cat food order online, so I thought I would check out this new place. They not only carried the brand of food I was looking for (which is also hard to find in stores) but had other interesting varieties as well. On top of getting my cat food, I found several other goodies as well. Very friendly service as well. I was very pleased and happy I went to check them out. I'll definitely be back often and will refer other friends and tourists that come through my own store as well! Thank you! :)

The online reservation system, GINGR (I mean, what the heck is GINGR since its never explained on the web site. just click the GINGR button!), is a little difficult to navigate, especially if attempting on a cell phone. This is the only way to make a reservation; then you have to submit it and wait to see if its accepted. It also lets you see the estimated costs, which for us were very accurate. Tessa did a great and extremely thorough "intake" check in - discussing, habits, feedings, snacks, toys, etc. Once you've done this, I anticipate the next visit is much quicker. They let us drop off our own homemade refrigerated food as well. You can take their favorite bedding and blankys too. The employees here all seemed enthusiastic and genuinely cared for the pets. There is obviously ALOT of repeat business here too which speaks volumes about the quality of this operation. They also have a cute shop inside with lots of pet accessories and specialty foods. Bay Breeze gets an enthusiastic '5 paws' from us, definitely recommend and we'll be back!

She was kind, thorough and welcoming from the time we arrived. She called with an update on when our dog would be done. When I picked him up, he had been groomed to perfection and he greeted me happily but I could also see he liked his groomer. This is our place here! Highly recommend!

The sweet woman (who I think is the owner) kept giving us free things because my dog clearly wanted them. She could not have been kinder. We were checking out and my pup grabbed a tennis ball and she said "take it". You can tell she honestly loves animals and loves what she does. Everyone should support this lovely business with the kindest owner.

Told my partner with heart failure she was coming up with excuses when she asked for a minute to calm down so her defib would not go off. They also charge to feed the dogs the food you bring in and do not quote that. They put it under "mediations" still concerned they gave my animals medications without my consent but they claim it's the food we brought in that's being charged under that. Owner tried to say we were making threats to her when I told her if my girlfriend goes to the hospital for her heart after this she would be contacted by a lawyer.

We contacted Kerry and got great, professional services that allowed us to take road trips, visit museums, enjoy local breweries, etc. Kerry was reliable, prompt, dog sat in our rental house and has a way with animals that made our "reactive" dog very comfortable and manageable. We used Kerry's services several times and she had flexible scheduling. We will use her again when we return to Astoria with pets. Our dog loved Kerry and so do we! Kerry's services made a big difference in our enjoyment of Astoria.
