At my brother's request he wanted a simple wake with minimal flowers but we wanted one for "Brother" and "Uncle". I explained I wanted something simple and more nature/natural than standard arrangements. My request was something I could look at and see same and/or similar flowers (think wildflowers) I would see on a walk. I also wanted it to be large enough without being gaudy and to make it something that would draw your eye to it and away from his simple pine box. Lucinda explained what she could offer and how it would be arranged and we talked about the pros and cons of keeping something like that fresh for the time we needed. I was not disappointed. The two arrangements were naturally colorful with an assortment of different types of flowers and displayed so beautifully. But what caused me to write this review is what happened at the cemetery. Almost immediately after they were put on the gravesite, bees began lilting on it, going from bud to bud. I felt that they were drawn to flowers that were not loaded up with chemicals to make them last longer and were obviously fresh enough that the bees found them tasty! it was a sight and more than a few people commented. I want to thank you for making the send off for my brother a little easier to bear knowing we did the best to make his burial as "green" as we could.

The customer service at this merchant is deplorable…read more I contacted Thanks Mama regarding cloth diapers that developed holes. The diapers were advertised as covered by a 1 year warranty on the product page. The customer service representative initially replied that the diapers were still under warranty and asked me to identify which colors had developed holes so they could send replacements along with a postage paid label to return the defective diapers. I responded that I would need to return them all. The customer service representative then replied that they would not be able to honor the warranty since the diapers were purchased "so long ago." I replied reminding customer service of the current date which was within 1 year of the purchase date. Customer service replied confirming the date but now claiming that I need to send the diapers back to the manufacturer since more than 90 days had passed. I reminded customer service of their initial response, that I only need to identify the diapers that had holes and replacements would be sent. Throughout several subsequent responses with customer service and someone that stated they were the owner of the company, Helena, this retailer refused to honor the initial return offer to replace the diapers. Eventually, my e-mail responses were flat-out ignored. All of this is in addition to me having prior difficulty with customer service to have a quantity discount advertised on the cloth diaper page reflected in the cart upon checkout. The same customer service representative insisted the discount did not exist even though it was plainly displayed on the product page. In the end, I found the customer service agent to be clueless and uninformed and Helena (the "owner") to be rude and unconcerned with honoring customer service's promises. Overall, I would not recommend this retailer because "baiting-and-switching" discounts and bad customer service are inexusable.

I would rather support local than chains/grocery stores. So my plan was to stop in on Saturday in which their hours on google and everything else said 9am-3pm. When I arrived at 1pm parking was hard to find. I ended up going down a side neighborhood street to park. Once I walked over to the store it was looking dark with no open sign. Door was locked and when I peaked in there was definitely no one working. I am just disappointed that google hours, Facebook hours and yelp all said they were open until 3. I understand it was a holiday weekend and everyone enjoys time off but at least on their door to their business they should have a sign explaining that they're closed and even maybe post something about it as I could not see any information anywhere. Unfortunately I feel like I won't try to give them business in the future as I feel like my time was wasted but I always have a change of heart. We shall see.
