We found the spot where all the teenagers hang out. It's this froyo joint that had two grownups and about 20 high schoolers in three or four groups. The choices in yogurt were decent, about ten or so including a salted caramel that went into my bowl. Over to the toppings, which could use some care. The wet toppings were a little untidy with some items mixed with others. I would be concerned about nut allergies if I had a nut allergy. There was plenty of them in the dozen or so containers but the counter and the areas in between needed a good wipedown. Dry toppings were in better shape but only peanuts and no other nuts. Also the Skittles were not labeled as such. Mom managed to confuse those with M&Ms and had to pick them out. The store itself was clean and peaceful. Me and my family went in there at 10:15 when they close at 11 and there was between 5-10 teenagers in there talking to the teenage works then as soon as we got out of the car the teenagers ran out and the works locked the door when there was over 45 minutes left until they closed. Their ice cream is good.Overpriced , but good, no doubts about it...We all enjoyed. Lucky thing for us was that we decided to give this place a try a week ago ago close to 8 pm .The only nagging question I had was : What is wrong with using the air conditioning in August of 2018 ? It was hot as hell inside,fortunately for us the air outside was much cooler by 8 pm so we were able to enjoy our ice cream outside.Might not be an option in the middle of the day or in July.Might not be an issue in January if they care to heat their air , but most people I know crave ice cream during hot summer months. We love the Kiwi Loco in Ontario. The store in Pocatello was a sad comparison. The counters were sticky and dripping. The toppings were mostly empty. The store in Ontario had many sugar free options, the Pocatello store had one flavor and no toppings that would be considered sugar free. A real disappointment. read more

I don't usually go for frozen yogurt all that often but this was different. I grabbed a giant waffle cone and proceeded to get some toasted marshmallow and maple bacon donut flavored yogurt topped and mixed in with some oreo cookie nuggets and frosted with some nuts. I like my cone frosted with nuts... The price was reasonable as they charge you based on weight as opposed to size and options. Obviously the heavier your fro-yo is the more you will pay for it. It's a very clean establishment that welcomes folks to hang out as if it were a bar minus the alcohol. They have booths, chairs tables. sofas, a giant big screen TV with an XBOX-One, etc. I also believe they're open late nights. I will be back for sure! read more

This is a great location and very family friendly! They have a kid corner where they play kids shows and have toys. It is easy to watch the kids without having to be right in the middle of the noise. They have live cultures in their yogurt...so it is as healthy as desert can be :) they also have fat free, sugar free, and lactose free options. This makes it a great place for everyone! read more

I am glad Kiwi Loco is here In Pocatello. I love the little passion fruit balls and mini mochi toppings . Tried the lime mojito and coconut tonight with fresh mango toppings and the little passion fruit balls and mochi toppings. Sprinkled a little key lime topping on top! Awesome! read more

better than the other place in town, though, the flavors i don't dislike are a little too sugary. a decent amount of toppings as well. they need to put their damn sample cups back where the full size ones are. they said people would come in, sample and then leave. putting your sample cups by the register is no magical talisman my friends. jerks are jerks. anyways, nice place. i'm not much for hippie ice cream but this place hits the spot for my hippie friends. read more

The yogurt was good as always but the store was dirty. There were candy pieces on the floor which is a real safety hazard . When I told the young lady at the register her response was a bit flippant. The young man working there was too busy drooling over the girls at the Sips counter to care whether or not the place was clean. read more

We often to go Kiwi Loco for their party room, which is free to use. Mostly for things that our moms group hosts but still they are always more than happy to let us use it and even bring in our own food or craft projects. Their yogurt is always really good and they have tons of toppings. I ask for a a $2 kids cup at the register and my daughter loads it up. Staff is usually friendly. Bathrooms are always clean! read more

I used to really like this place, but the past couple times we've been in were not great. We went in right after it opened last week and they didn't have the toppings ready. We stood there waiting for them and the guy that was working took his time putting them out. He was friendly enough but even asked us what we were waiting on.....like it wasn't obvious. Then we reserved the party room for tonight for my son's birthday (over a week in advance), only to show up and find that they had given it to someone else. The people using it refused to leave, and my son was devastated. We had TONS of family show up, and even though the staff apologized and told us they could put some tables together in the main area, I don't understand why it was so hard to check and make sure the right people were in the room. I found out the same thing has happened to someone in my family! I get that the room is free as long as you purchase the yogurt, but WHAT A HEADACHE! I don't think we will ever reserve the room again, and you may want to think twice before you do. So ridiculous.... they offered us a discount on the yogurt, but that doesn't help much when we have to take what was supposed to be a private party into a more public space, not to mention that my son doesn't care that the yogurt is cheaper.... all he knew was someone else took what was meant for him. So, we took our business elsewhere. We will continue to, and everyone else that came to my son's party probably will to.
