I work downtown so I thought it would be more convenient to bring my computer to a computer shop near the down town area for repairs. What a mistake!!! The repair shop, close to my office, put a new battery in my computer but just over 3 months later, the battery swelled. I took the computer into Silicon Valley in Embrun. They advised me that the swollen battery could be dangerous and they offered to remove it and dispose of it. I was so grateful and relieved that they took action immediately and prevented a potentially harmful situation from happening. After that, I had Silicon Valley make the necessary repairs to make my computer run like new. Highly recommend!! There is no other shop that compares.

Both times; once in person and once over the phone it was excellent customer service. Sometimes I find in this industry they make you feel like you're wasting their time with small scale jobs such as a couple shirts/sweaters but that is not the case here. The first time I went to Carlos Graphics I had a hard time explaining what I was looking for. Even though he seemed busy (I think it was the owner) he took the time looking up text/pictures on line with me to make sure he got it right! He turned them out in less than two days and the lettering is still perfect without any peeling even with being thrown in the dryer! Thanks!

We have spent dozens of hours on the phone to tech support, "Loyalty" (Bell's Orwellian name for billing and customer service), "Escalation Team":, "Escalation Team Manager" and "Internal Services". Bell agents have accused each other of lying; they have said they ordered items for us that in fact were not ordered. Bell has delivered faulty equipment that had to be sent back. They failed to set up the account properly, which led to an Armageddon-like battle between "Loyalty" and "Tech Support", with "Escalation sometimes aligning with one then with the other... Even the "Win Back" team had to weigh in! Frustrating and infuriating do not begin to describe my emotional reaction. Bell has wasted hours of our time and three full weekends. The music that they play on hold should be used by the CIA for its "enhanced interrogation" techniques. Shame on Bell. Shame on you. Problem is, Bell has no shame. Lauchlan Munro, Ottawa

It was the almost the entire contents of my apartment minus furniture. My account was fully paid. I discovered four of my items a few days later being sold by a woman on Poshmark who refuses to give them back or seek reimbursement from Dymon as she allegedly bought them in a storage auction May 28th. The Ontario Police has seen this Dymon storage locker receipt. This is the SAME DAY I informed Dymon in writing, I would likely come to collect my belongings. Since discovering my items were missing May 29th, Dymon Storage allegedly still doesn't know what's going on and and has NOT provided the security footage to the police. They have ignored my requests for their third party insurance information also.

Their prices are fair, and the staff know what's going on - they offered me some tips and checked to be sure I was satisfied with the final versions. I saw some graphic design work being done also, so it's nice that you can get everything done in one spot. Tip: it's easy to drive by the place. It's in a strip mall just off Hazeldean and past the Shoppers.
