I have talked to them twice and was told they would not refund us for the 6 days. I have since called back twice. Left a VM for Babette with no response and was hung up on the last time. I know of 3 other people staying in the area that received a refund for the days lost. We lost our vacation time, it should not be made worse by people robbing us! Best advice, find another agency!
