I brought one of my cats in for some kind of a UTI- The person in the office, not the vet, did a check-up but not a real exam & gave me meds that turned out to not be the correct meds. A week later I brought my cat back after the meds failed to work- even being the wrong meds, I still had to pay for it. The actual Dr. then did a real exam and found the correct meds which did work- & I also had to pay for them & the 2nd visit.
A few months later I stopped by at about 2pm to pick up my cat's prescription food and the door was locked, I looked in & saw no one at the desk then I sat in my car in the parking lot & called & didn't get and answer- (Okay, fine maybe they're out to lunch...) the next day I pulled up & called before I got out and the woman on the phone answered & I said I wanted to make sure they're open because the previous day they weren't. I went inside to buy the food & when I explained the locked door etc. she argued with me that there was no way the door was locked and I was completely wrong & maybe I didn't properly turn the handle. Maybe if she wasn't so condescending & rude the whole situation might not have bothered me but there's no excuse to talk to people, especially customers, the way she talked to me. Sorry, but I know how to open a door. I also know how to write a review.
