We had a great experience from start to finish. We had purchased a half of a pig last year and…read morethey had it butchered elsewhere so I had a comparison. We raised 2 Birkshire crosses and Cody came to trailer them off. He was very patient and helpful given we weren't quite prepared for the pigs having other ideas besides getting into the trailer! When it came time to select cuts, Tony was patient in guiding me through the selection. For example, last year we didn't have the butcher smoke any of the cuts thinking we could just smoke them ourselves. But when your family is hungry for ham, it's much nicer to thaw our a flavorful smoked cut. I'm glad I opted to have much of the meat pre seasoned, brined and smoked. When it came time to pick up, the staff was super friendly and helped load up. Everything was well wrapped and labeled. They even threw in some beef bones for pup!

We waited in the drive through for ~10 minutes which wasn't bad for being the 4th car in line. They had a small area indoors it looked like you could order from, but I realized it too late and the drive through was moving faster than most of the big name fast food chains. We looked at the menu on the banner outside and were handed paper menus when we got to the window. The lady taking our order was great -- helpful, polite, and made perfect recommendations. I think of the three recommendations (one being the daily special), our group got all three ... and we all loved the different sandwiches we got. The price for three of us was about the cost of an average dinner for 1 at a restaurant. And I would possibly argue the quality of food here is better. If you blink, you are going to miss it, so keep your eyes open and make a point to stop by and grab some lunch.

Super 1 foods in Coeur d'Alene is one of the exceptions to that. The store is large, they have a good selection, for the most part everything is organized well (their freezer section could use a redo). But the biggest thing about super One is they have a lunch/deli / hot bar counter. So what about the Post Falls super One? First of all, it's not as large as the Coeur d'Alene location. It's also not as well laid out. It has one of those confusing mazes at the opening of the store to get into it and to get into some of the sections. It's also not quite as well laid out. I have a harder time finding things when I'm here. The staff is all super friendly and helpful, no complaints there. So again, I don't like grocery stores, I would rather, much rather, go to the super One in Coeur d'Alene. But if you're in Post Falls this is better than most grocery stores in the area.

Received a COVID vaccine store at the pharmacy and ended up in the ER because the pharmacist, after making me wait quite a while (even though I had an appointment) hit a nerve bundle - gave me the shot in my SHOULDER instead of my muscle. I frequently run into this poor customer service at Super One. Will NOT shop there again.
