I got my dip soaked off -- usually a place will have you soak in acetone for 20 minutes and it comes right off -- but this tech used cotton balls wrapped in aluminum foil, which left cotton residue on my nails even after she was finished with the whole manicure. Dip job was sloppy, nails uneven with file and she did not trim my cuticles even though it was supposed to be a manicure. Only pro was it was cheap. $40 dip! But, I will not be coming back.
