She did not return calls or emails after we began projects. Had many excuses for her delays. Over priced furniture with no recourse when wrong for space or didn't match grouping. She said she showed us a picture so she did not take furniture back. Picked paint colors for our condo with little thought. Elizabeth is unorganized and scattered in her business. I can only be positive about space planning recommendations. We live in Ann Arbor and I saw her ad in the Ann Arbor observer newspaper.

She arrived on move in day and supervised the entire process while I unpacked boxes. The furniture and draperies are expensive but high quality and will last a lifetime. She came highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed. I continue to consult with her from time to time, which she does, free of charge, as she helps me add additional pieces and blinds. She is busy but I always felt attended to and my home came together very quickly.

Forward Design has put so much thought into their comprehensive approach from the initial meeting, throughout construction, and down to the final details. We not only love the results, but we were regularly impressed with how they handled every step and detail of the process. Organizationally, it is clear that there has been a high degree of intentionality and investment in the cultivation of their work place culture. This translates to clarity, open communication, and collaboration with the client. Each member of their team we worked with were talented, artistic, responsive, and skilled.
