We initially started working with Gina somewhat randomly (just clicked a name on Zillow to request…read morea house tour). That random selection sure paid off! Gina and her husband were a pleasure to work with. They have in depth knowledge of the Ellensburg market, listened to what we were looking for, and found us the perfect home! Gina worked hard to get paperwork put together quickly when needed, and always had clear answers to our questions. As first time homebuyers, the process can be daunting, but I had no worries that Gina was steering us in the right direction. Gina will certainly be the first person we talk to for future real estate transactions in the area!

This includes the people running the loaders to the weigh-masters, and office personnel. They also handle the accounting better than a bank, professional, clear and concise. Thank you Ellensburg cement for making my life easier. One note, they have rules, this is an industrial class surface mining operation, not a park, think safety, and respect the other equipment that is operating around you.

They are the real deal as far as customer service goes.

In both cases she did a fantastic job of helping us through the process and getting us a great deal. We had initially considered selling the house on our own, and I am so glad we didn't - Colleen's advice ended up getting us 40,000 dollars more for the house, and we got two offers in the first day (including the one we accepted). Our offer ended up being higher than the listed price, too. She helped us figure out repairs, got amazing photos taken for us, and basically made the whole thing roll smoothly from start to finish. Whether you are buying or selling, you should absolutely talk to Colleen.

We worked with Tim & CWPP to get a cabin ready for inspection for appraisal. This was one of those…read moresituations were we had only a three days to get the work done before the inspector arrives. Tim was absolutely happy to help. I'll have to admit, I was afraid what we wouldn't hit our deadline (how many contractors do you know that get the work done right on time?). Tim came through and got the work all done the day before the inspection. While I wouldn't recommend doing short-notice projects like ours was, I can say that I do recommend Tim and CWPR for getting the job done on time. Of course it doesn't hurt that Tim is a friendly and no BS kinda guy. If you have a bunch of renovation or updates to get done in your house or cabin, instead of finding a bunch of subs and managing them yourselves work with Tim and his crew to get the job done easily and quite quickly.
