Pero en el ultimo pedido después de cobrado en mi tarjeta, después de recibir 2 correos tanto de confirmación de la compra y confirmación del envío, me llega un correo indicándome que por falta de stock no me podrán servir todos los productos ya pagados, (ya habiendo recibido la confirmacion del envio y que estaba todo ok) y que me harán la devolución del producto en cuestion, asi sin mas, sin alguna medida compensatoria, sin opción a una alternativa, y si bien lo mínimo es que me hagan la devolución, me parece una falta de respeto y por lo demas una irregularidad según la norma europea. Porque claro, si yo quiero comprar otro producto ya me toca pagar mas y gastos de envio y mi tiempo del que ellos disponen sin ninguna consecuencia. No se aun si devolveré el pedido completo, lo único que si me queda claro, es que como no tenga una respuesta satisfactoria por parte de la empresa, para nunca mas, y si bien entiendo también que soy nadie para ellos por ser un cliente menor, con compras normales de una persona natural, igualmente han perdido un cliente
