Steer clear if you want good customer service. The poor scheduling meant that we would have missed two sessions. I simply asked for one of the two sessions compensated as a result. The owner's "solution" was in his own words was to wait until the day of the course which he was sure would fill up. Essentially saying take my business elsewhere and the child miss two months of sessions due their scheduling. You were not even willing to do the smallest thing to help out and you were being so rude I realized the conversation was at an end. I understood they have policies in place but this was an unusual situation that the owner could have handled with diplomacy and tact. Instead they chose the low road and at the first sign of having a difficult situation told me to take my business elsewhere.
