For our rehearsal dinner, we had an Italian spread, and I am not exaggerating when I say the lasagna was literally the best lasagna I have ever had in my life. I ate the leftovers for an entire week and was genuinely sad when they were gone. For our wedding dinner, we had a taco bar, and it was a dream. The chicken was freaking phenomenal, the food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we hoped for. Dawn also made our wedding dessert dreams come to life with an assortment of desserts that were just as beautiful as they were delicious. Beyond the food, their professionalism, presentation, and display were unlike anything I have ever seen. Everything looked amazing, ran smoothly, and felt so thoughtfully done. I genuinely cannot imagine our wedding weekend without them. Well he did not disappoint, from the appetizers to the desserts, each course was a hit. I am still getting compliments about the food served. I guess the best part of my experience with Perfect Chef was how easy they were to work with, nothing was too hard or complicated. Their staff were efficient and polite and did it all with a smile.
